Val came to our Club do to a DROM session with all of our different departments. She did such a fantastic job bringing everyone together, getting all of us out of our comfort zone (even the COO!!) and ensuring we had such a fantastic time. Val has such an amazing energy about her, making it so simple to live in the moment and truly enjoy yourself and the people you are with. It was truly amazing to see so many women get off their seats to take part in Val’s DRŌM™ Energizer. I’ve never seen so many smiling faces. You could see on all their faces that they were energized afterwards. I even heard one lady say later she’s usually uncoordinated but really enjoyed the drumming activity.
