The Challenge:
Participants arrived stressed, overwhelmed, and uncertain about their ability to learn and deliver the program. Doubt and anxiety clouded their confidence, making it hard to focus and absorb the content.
The Experience:
Through movement, rhythm, and Val’s encouraging and inspiring approach, participants shifted from stress to ease. DROM helped them release tension, reconnect with their energy, and open up to learning in a way that felt natural, engaging, and fun.
