I created the DROM Experience—a unique blend of high-energy movement (DRUM) and mindful connection (OM)—to give people a reset they can feel in their bodies. Whether I’m working with a leadership team, a ballroom of 500, or a small retreat group, my mission is the same: to shake up the stuck energy and bring people back to themselves.
I believe joy is the medicine. Curiosity is the path. And movement is the doorway to real, lasting connection—with ourselves and each other.
I also co-founded Sukoda, a wellness marketplace designed to help people discover what makes them feel good, and wrote Retreat-Like Life, a guidebook for bringing small moments of retreat energy into everyday life.
